Rod’s Chicken Curry
Join Rod as he whips up his easy Chicken Curry!
What You’ll Need
Ingredients:

1 onion
-
1kg diced chicken thigh fillets

1 pk frozen spinach
- 3 potatoes
-
1 jar madras curry paste
-
2 tins crushed tomato’s
-
1 tea spoon chicken stock
-
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
Utensils:
- Chopping board
- Slow cooker
- Large spoon
- Knife
- Scissors
Method
- Dice onion
- Cut potatoes into quarters

Set slow cooker to Medium

Add diced chicken, onion, curry paste to slow cooker and mix through

Add tins of crushed tomato’s and frozen spinach mixing through
-
Stir in chicken stock and lemon juice

Simmer in slow cooker for approx. 4hrs on medium

Cook rice, boil/rice cooker

Add curry onto rice
