Terms of Service

We started Integrated Therapeutic Care (now iCare) in November 2019 to provide a better-quality service and experience in the out-of-home care staffing industry. At the time, community service organisations had long been underserviced by staffing providers who were unable to deliver the quality of staff and the service level the industry requires. The bad reputation within the industry and subsequent negative perceptions of staffing providers had a knock-on effect of substandard care of young people living in residential housing environments.

Driven to fill the gap in the market, directors Ty and Rod saw an opportunity to unite and put their extensive backgrounds in child protection and residential care to work. Fast-forward to 2022, and iCare has a head-office team of 16, running the business and supporting over 250 experienced, DFFH-compliant staff in the field, who all play a part in changing the face of out-of-home care in Victoria.
